Vista Del Mar is a development of modular, manufactured and mobile homes in which you own your own lot.    There are 200 units, which vary in age and square footage.  It is located in the southwest portion of the city and some of the homes have views.  The complex features a club house/recreation room, pool/spa, tennis courts and RV/boat parking area. The homes range in price from the high $100,000 to the high $200,000.
