The Foothills is a resident owned manufactured home park with 123 home sites situated on a hillside and some homes have panoramic views of the surrounding valley and hills.  The development has a clubhouse, pool and spa, tennis courts and RV/boat parking.  Home prices range from the low $100,000 to mid $300,000 depending on square footage and view influence.

Las Brisas Pacifica

Las Brisas is a gated development of manufactured homes on permanent foundations built between 1988 and 1990 with square footage ranging from 1200 to 1400.  It is situated on a hillside with views of the surrounding valley and hills.  Some of the homes have ocean views.  There is a clubhouse, year round heated pool and spa.  The home prices range from the mid $200,000 to mid $300,000.
