Camino Hills is also a gated community with 145 manufactured homes on permanent foundations where you own the land.  The community is located on a hillside and many homes have a view of the surrounding area.  There is a clubhouse/recreation room, pool and spa. 

Solamar

Solamar is a gated community of manufactured, modular and mobile homes on permanent foundations with a condominium ownership.  It is located within walking distance to the ocean and beautiful beaches.  Some of the homes have ocean views.  The community also has a clubhouse/recreation room, pool/spa and RV parking.  Prices range from $500,000 to $800,000.

Rancho Carlsbad

Rancho Carlsbad is a gated community of 504 homes on 106 acres in which you own your own land. Rancho Carlsbad Country Club is adjacent to the community and has special rates for resident golfers. There are new homes as well as resale properties, which range from 1433 to 2000 square feet. The community has many amenities including ponds and a small stream. Home prices range from the high $100,000 to low to mid $300,000.
